Broadcasting made
easy
The BroadTurbo Chrome extension lets you broadcast text and images to large numbers of Facebook Messenger customers, straight from Google Chrome on your computer.
This extension works on a computer with Google Chrome only. It can't be used on phones, iPads or tablets.
Everything you need to broadcast
Easy to use and helps you broadcast fast.
Simple, convenient, fast
Install the extension and start right away, or watch the tutorial video. Start broadcasting within 1 minute.
Batch broadcasting
For Pages with lots of customers, split sending into several parts for stable, complete delivery.
Broadcast by label
Choose Page followers to broadcast to by label, reach exactly the right audience, and avoid bothering everyone else.
Send text and images
Send both text and images to make your shop's promotions and announcements more engaging.
Usage conditions
Follow these guidelines to broadcast safely and consistently.
We recommend broadcasting once a week per Page
Broadcast to customers from up to about 2 years back
Send 1 image per message, due to Facebook's limits; sometimes only the text may go through (image not shown)
No links in broadcasts, including Facebook Page links
Try to rotate Facebook accounts when broadcasting (don't rely on a single personal account)
Never use your main or ad-running Facebook account; use a backup or alternate account that stays regularly active
Facebook Page limits
Facebook's servers allow 1 personal Facebook account to send this many per day:
Broadcasts with images
2,500 – 3,000
people / day
Text-only broadcasts
5,000 – 10,000
people / day
To send images to everyone, stop when you reach the server limit, then switch to another personal Facebook account that admins the Page to continue, or rest the original account for 25 hours and continue the next day.
What to avoid when broadcasting
Avoid these behaviors so your Page doesn't get restricted.
Broadcasting too often, until customers get annoyed and report your Page
Using exaggerated claims (overclaiming), e.g. guaranteed cures, instant whitening, lose weight in 7 days
Using potentially misleading words like giveaway, free, bonus, or other risky terms
Promoting investments or gray-area businesses (or Pages Facebook considers gray-area)
If you break these rules, Facebook may temporarily block chat for 1–30 days or longer before your Page can reply to messages again — but if you follow the rules, you can keep broadcasting normally.
Use a backup Facebook account to broadcast
Don't use your main account or the one you run ads from. Facebook updates constantly, so the account used to broadcast may get locked. Always use a backup account.
