Message past customers anytime, even after 24 hours
Facebook lets Pages send update and post-purchase messages even after the 24-hour window since the last chat has closed. BroadTurbo gives you approved templates: fill in the details and send right away.
Why you normally can't send after 24 hours
Facebook's 24-hour window means a Page can only send regular messages within 24 hours of the customer's last message. A customer who wrote three days ago is outside that window, and regular messages won't reach them.
Update/post-purchase messages are a separate message type Facebook allows outside the 24-hour window. In exchange, the content must use an approved template and cover something the customer genuinely needs to know, not a sales pitch.
How it works
- 1
Connect Pages and grant permission
Connect your Pages through Facebook and grant permission to send update messages on every Page you want to use. Permission is granted per Page.
- 2
Choose an approved template
BroadTurbo provides templates Facebook has already approved and shows which Pages each template works with.
- 3
Fill in the template fields
Enter only the details that change each time, such as customer name, order number or delivery date, and preview the message before sending.
- 4
Schedule or send now
Hit send and close your computer: the server takes it from there. Send immediately or schedule ahead, across multiple Pages at once.
What you can use it for
Templates cover what customers need to know after they order, and more can be added based on how shops actually use them.
Order confirmations
Confirm the order with its number and amount due, reaching the customer even if the last chat was days ago.
Shipping updates
Send tracking numbers and delivery status without waiting for the customer to message first, cutting repetitive chat replies.
Post-purchase notices
Share what customers need to know after buying, such as appointments, renewals, or changes that affect their order.
Limitations to know before you start
These conditions come straight from Facebook. Reading them before you plan a campaign helps keep your Pages from losing this permission.
