What is BroadTurbo?
BroadTurbo is a tool for broadcasting text and image messages to many customers at once on Facebook Messenger, helping you drive sales from past customers without ad spend.
How long is the free trial, and do I need a credit card?
You get a full 15-day free trial with no credit card details required. If you like it, choose a plan and pay by debit or credit card.
How much does it cost, and how many Pages are included?
Plans start at 590 THB/month, with longer plans that save more. Every plan includes unlimited Pages and personal Facebook accounts at one price, with no hidden fees.
Why does each broadcast take a different amount of time, sometimes 2 hours and sometimes 5?
For the same number of recipients, broadcast speed depends on 2 main factors: 1. Image file size: the smaller the file, the faster BroadTurbo can send. 2. Facebook's speed: every message goes through Facebook's API, so speed mostly depends on Facebook and varies by time of day. At peak times Facebook may process more slowly or apply a rate limit to prevent spam, so BroadTurbo has to pace sends as Facebook requires. This part is outside our control. Will broadcasting get my Page restricted or flagged?
BroadTurbo offers a safe broadcast feature (Recurring Notifications) built with Meta, which lets you message subscribed customers even after 24 hours without breaking Facebook's rules. Still, for maximum safety, send in batches, for example 3,000 people per round with a short pause in between.
Can I cancel my subscription?
Yes, cancel anytime yourself from the subscription menu, with no commitment. You keep access until the end of your billing period.
