What Is BroadTurbo? A Facebook Broadcast Tool for Online Stores

BroadTurbo is a tool for broadcasting text and image messages to Facebook Messenger, built for online stores, Page admins, and agencies that manage several Pages. It lets a Page message many customers who have chatted with it before in one go, instead of copying the same message into one chat after another. You can send only to specific customer groups by label, and every plan works with unlimited Pages.
If the word broadcast is new to you, start with the basics in What is a broadcast?. This article covers what BroadTurbo can do, the limits you should know about, which stores it suits, and how to get started.
What BroadTurbo Can Do
- Broadcast to many customers at once: Write your message, choose your recipients, and hit send. The system queues the messages and sends them out gradually, so you don't have to send them yourself one chat at a time.
- Target customers by label: Use Facebook Messenger labels to split customers into groups, such as customers who have already bought, or customers who messaged you but haven't closed a sale yet. You can select several labels at once and filter out the labels you don't want. See Broadcast by customer label for details.
- Send images with your message: Attach product photos or promo posters together with your caption and call to action (CTA) in a single send. See Image broadcast for how-to and tips.
- Unlimited Pages and Facebook accounts: Every plan connects unlimited Pages and personal Facebook accounts. You pay by time period only, never per Page. Learn more in Message from multiple Pages.
- Schedule sends and turn off your computer (web version): Send immediately or schedule in advance and then shut down your computer, because sending continues on the server. You can also select several Pages and send in a single run.
- Send update and post-purchase messages (web version): Use Facebook-approved templates to confirm orders or share shipping updates with customers whose last message was more than 24 hours ago. These are text-only, must not contain promotional content, and are capped at 50,000 recipients per send. See Message past customers after 24 hours for details.
A Limit to Know: Messenger's 24-Hour Rule
BroadTurbo sends messages through Facebook's own system, so it falls under Meta's policies just like any other Page. The rule that affects stores most is the 24-hour rule: a Page can send standard messages, including promotions, only within 24 hours of the customer's latest action, such as messaging the Page or tapping a button in the chat.
- BroadTurbo's web version sends standard broadcasts only to customers who are still inside the 24-hour window.
- Customers outside the 24-hour window can be reached with update/post-purchase template messages, which must not contain promotional content.
- Recurring Notifications, which many tools used to call "safe broadcast," ended in Thailand on February 10, 2026. Read more in Do Recurring Notifications still work?
Whichever way you send, your content must follow Facebook's policies. If you broadcast so often that customers get annoyed, or use exaggerated advertising claims, your Page may be restricted. Sending by label helps you avoid bothering customers a message isn't relevant to.
Web Version vs. Chrome Extension
BroadTurbo works in two ways, and every plan includes both with a single account.
Web version
- Sends through the official Facebook API. You connect your Pages to the system directly and grant permission Page by Page when you connect.
- Works on phones, tablets, and computers.
- You can start a send and turn off your device, schedule in advance, and select several Pages to send in one run.
- Supports both standard messages you write yourself with image attachments, and update/post-purchase template messages.
Chrome extension
- Sends through your personal Facebook account on the Messenger website.
- Works only on computers running Google Chrome, and Chrome must stay open until sending finishes.
- Can't schedule in advance yet, and attaches 1 image per send.
- The number of messages each account can send per day is set by Facebook. We recommend broadcasting once a week per Page and using a backup account, not your main account or the account you run ads with.
See the extension's usage conditions and daily sending limits at BroadTurbo Chrome Extension.

Who BroadTurbo Is For
- Small online stores that already get customers messaging their Page and want to tell those customers about new products, promotions, or news without sending one message at a time.
- Stores where product photos drive purchases, such as fashion, food, cosmetics, and mother-and-baby products, which benefit from sending images along with text.
- New Page admins who want to get going quickly, with tutorial videos to follow along.
- Stores with several admins, where each admin connects their own Facebook account but everyone shares the same Pages and labels.
- Agencies and businesses with multiple brands or branches that manage many Pages and don't want to pay more for each extra Page.
- Stores that need to send order or shipping status updates to customers who messaged more than 24 hours ago, using update/post-purchase messages on the web version.

BroadTurbo FAQ
How does BroadTurbo help with Facebook broadcasts?
BroadTurbo lets a Page send text and images to many customers who have messaged it before in one go, choose recipients by label, and queue sends automatically. On the web version, you can also schedule sends and send from several Pages at once.
Can I send to specific customer groups only?
Yes. BroadTurbo groups recipients by the labels your store has applied to customers in Facebook Messenger. You can send to several labels at once and filter out labels you don't want.
What kinds of messages can I send?
You can send messages you write yourself with images attached. The Chrome extension attaches 1 image per send, and the web version also offers update/post-purchase template messages, which are text-only and can't be used for promotional content.
Can I schedule a broadcast in advance?
The web version supports scheduling, and you can turn off your computer while the system sends. The Chrome extension doesn't support scheduling yet; you start the send yourself and keep Chrome open until it finishes.
On the web version, can I message customers whose last message was more than 24 hours ago?
Not with a standard broadcast, because Meta's rules allow standard and promotional messages only within the 24-hour window. Customers outside that window can be reached with update/post-purchase messages, such as order confirmations or shipping updates, which must not contain promotional content.
How many Pages can I use?
Every plan includes unlimited Pages and personal Facebook accounts at a single price.
Summary
BroadTurbo suits online stores that want to reach customers who have already messaged their Page through Facebook Messenger, many at a time: pick groups by label, send images with text, and manage several Pages from one account, while planning your sends around Meta's 24-hour rule. Try it for real with a 15-day free trial, or compare it with other tools on the comparison page.
